Our systems range from 44-inch polycarbonate boards — great for younger players and tighter driveways — up to 52-inch shatterproof boards that offer a closer-to-regulation feel for older players and serious practice sessions. If space allows, bigger boards generally support a wider range of shooting angles and game scenarios.
Most of our portable basketball systems feature bases in the 35-gallon range, which can be filled with water or sand. Sand adds more weight and is ideal if you plan to leave the system in place for extended periods, while water is easier to drain if you need to move or store the unit. Always fill to the manufacturer's recommended capacity for maximum stability during play.
Our portable systems are designed for all-weather play, featuring weather-resistant components built to hold up against sun, rain, and fluctuating temperatures. That said, we recommend draining the base and storing the system indoors during extreme winter conditions or extended periods of non-use to help extend its lifespan.
